Shipping costs and timeframes
Orders placed before 1 pm AEST on business days ship the same day. We dispatch from Sydney and every delivery includes tracking. Delivery windows are estimates only and can vary by carrier scans, weather, regional routing, and public holidays.

Remote and regional areas may take an additional 2-4 business days. We will notify you if your order is materially delayed beyond the estimated window.
Packaging
Every item is packed to collector standards. Consoles are wrapped in anti-static material, placed in rigid outer boxes with corner protection, and sealed with tamper-evident tape. Games and accessories ship in padded mailers or rigid card envelopes depending on size and value.
If you have specific packaging requests for high-value items, include a note at checkout or email us before dispatch. Additional handling requests may affect dispatch timing.
Returns policy
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange where the item is returned in the same condition supplied, with all included accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. This store policy sits alongside, and does not limit, rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with return authorisation details and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and post it to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund, exchange, or other remedy within 3 business days.
Return shipping costs are covered by us for faulty, unsafe, or materially misdescribed items. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return postage unless we advise otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless another remedy is agreed. Bank or card issuer processing times may add 3-5 business days after we confirm the refund. Store credit may be offered where a customer prefers that outcome.
If a product arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and the packaging details so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
