Consumer Guarantees
Last updated: 18 March 2026
1. Australian Consumer Law rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply in addition to any store warranty or published returns policy.
2. Major failures
If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
3. Problems that are not major failures
If a fault does not amount to a major failure, we may provide a repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
4. Information we may request
- Your proof of purchase or order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Photos or video if that helps us assess the issue more quickly.
5. Return and postage arrangements
Where a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, we explain the return process and any postage arrangements during the claim review. Nothing in that process limits your ACL rights.
6. Related policies
See our Warranty page for voluntary warranty support and our Delivery & Returns page for general returns information. Those pages operate alongside, not instead of, the ACL.
7. Contact us
